Return eligibility
Due to the intimate nature of undergarments and for hygiene reasons, our return policy is as follows:
Eligible for return / exchange Accepted
Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
Wrong product or color delivered
Defective item (manufacturing defect, broken elastic, stitching issue)
Damaged item due to transit must be supported by unboxing video
Not eligible for return Not accepted
Change of mind after delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or tags removed
Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
Claims made without an unboxing video
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
Refund policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged
Confirmed defective or wrong item where exchange is not possible
Order cancelled before dispatch

Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in any other eligible scenario.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
How to raise a claim
Step 1: Record your unboxing video at the time of receiving your parcel.
Step 2: Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email with your order number + video.
Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange exchange or refund as applicable.
