Who can shop
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders & payment
* We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only
* Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice
* We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud
* Placing an order means you agree to pay the full amount stated at checkout upon delivery
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Key point: an unboxing video is required for all claims, submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Product images
We do our best to display product colors accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting — this does not qualify as a defect.

Prohibited use
Do not misuse our website or place fraudulent orders
Do not file false return or refund claims
Repeated COD refusals may result in future orders being blocked
